How To Have More Leisure Time Being A Student?

What do you think is the best part about being a student? Is it the school or college life? Is it the lack of economic responsibilities? The most common answer that you will find for this question from someone who has passed his/her college life is they cannot experiment with themselves as they could being a student. I understand a lot of them do but that's not the general case. Students have the liberty to experiment with their life choices or career choices. But do they?

I mean let's face it. A student has a number of things to do in his/her daily life. There are classes, some extra-curricular activities, assignments and so on. These things are meant for your overall development but sometimes they dawn upon you, right? So, why don't we look at a few things how this pressure could be relieved and there is a sustainable environment bubble around you.

Where do you spend most of your time?

I mean other than sleeping; the majority of a student's time is spent in classrooms. Now, the purpose of classrooms is to cover portions of your syllabus and teach you something new. So why not do it to the complete potential? Now, I know this sounds clichéd but if you are going to spend 6-7 hours in a classroom then you better pay attention and make the most out of it so that the same thing has not to be repeated back at home. And, obviously don't miss out on the fun part of the classroom.

How to organize your study?

Ok, I know everyone knows what's best for their studies and everyone has a unique way of studying but just do one thing in your study regime. Take breaks. It's very important to take proper intervals of breaks in your studies. Why? Because if you believe you can sit for 4 straight hours and finish one unit of your syllabus then you are mistaken. The point is you can do it so much faster and so much easily only if you organized things a little bit

Always have your notes ready and divide things into proper slots. This ensures that you have to put in less amount of energy and time as things will come easily to you. This gives the maximum amount of leisure time and you can use it to do whatever you feel like doing.

What things to do in the free time to get?

I know the title says how to get more leisure time? And, no one should tell you what to do in your leisure time. But, there is just one thing that needs to be mentioned. Spend less time on Internet. I don't say don't indulge into them. Do them but attend more social events, meet up with friends more than you do on Internet. Communications in person promote more healthy conversations and are more preferable

Play games, study hard in an organized way, meet friends and take pleasure in doing what you do every day. Everyday what you do defines what you do in your life. 'Your day is your life in miniature'. So set up your priorities, experiment with different things and make the most out of the time you have every day.
